Bodycam footage shows a confrontation in which officers when to to the residence of Michael Brand.
Brand anwered the door holding a paintball gun and as a result Brand was killed. One of the officers was hit in the resulting crossfire.
Officers do not have the time to determine if a weapon is real or fake. Much like the video last week in which a teenager was killed after pointing a replica gun at an officer.
This case is no different.
