An ILLEGAL Raped And Murdered An Autistic Woman, And Biden Let Him Go…

House Judiciary Committee Republicans have launched an investigation into the alleged rape and murder of a 20-year-old autistic woman by an alleged MS-13 gang member who had illegally crossed the border and was previously arrested. The individual was released into the United States by the Biden administration, and the suspect had been apprehended as an unaccompanied minor at the US-Mexico border.

According to the Washington Examiner, the victim’s mother, Tammy Nobles, had previously appealed for answers as to how a known criminal could have slipped through the immigration system and onto the streets of Aberdeen, Maryland, before killing her daughter in her bedroom. The Republicans cited this report in their letters to the Biden administration.

The individual, whose name has not been released because of his age, was apprehended in Rio Grande City, Texas, in March 2022, and taken into custody by federal Border Patrol agents. As is standard protocol, the suspect was turned over to the Health and Human Services (HHS) Department, which is responsible for caring for unaccompanied minors and finding sponsors to release them within the US.

In a letter sent on Monday, Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) requested that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra provide an explanation for the release of a known gang member from El Salvador from the custody of both departments. The individual was subsequently allowed to reside in the United States.

“The Biden Administration’s open-border policies have created vulnerabilities that criminal aliens and gang members exploit to the detriment of American citizens,” Jordan and Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA), chairman of an immigration subcommittee, wrote in a letter to Becerra. “Pursuant to the Rules of the House of Representatives, the Committee on the Judiciary is authorized to conduct oversight of federal immigration policy and procedures.”

The Republicans have emphasized that the Biden administration’s open-border policies have made American citizens more vulnerable to criminal aliens and gang members. They claim that such individuals exploit the loopholes in the immigration system, which has been exacerbated by the Biden administration’s lax policies.

Many opponents of illegal immigration argue that individuals who cross the border illegally are more likely to engage in criminal activity since they have already broken the law. They also maintain that the lack of legal documentation and fear of deportation makes it easier for illegal immigrants to engage in criminal activity without being detected.

Police in Aberdeen learned earlier this year that the suspect was an MS-13 gang member, but it is not known whether he was on the federal government’s radar or if federal police performed a background screening when he entered the U.S. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which oversees the Border Patrol, did not disclose in a statement provided to the Washington Examiner in February if it screened the suspect at the border.

In the wake of the tragic event, the Republicans have called for an investigation into federal immigration policy and procedures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. They argue that the Biden administration’s policies have created significant security vulnerabilities, which criminal aliens and gang members can exploit to the detriment of American citizens.

The tragic incident highlights the need for stricter immigration policies and border control. The Biden administration must take swift and decisive action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, and the House Judiciary Committee’s investigation is a crucial step towards achieving that goal. It is time to prioritize the safety and security of American citizens over the interests of illegal immigrants and open-border policies.
