Tucker Carlson Just Trolled Them All In Spectacular Fashion!

During his show on Wednesday, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson mentioned the billboard placed in Times Square by YouTuber Tim Pool and Daily Wire co-CEO Jeremy Boreing.

The billboard was placed in Times Square in New York City to highlight the hypocrisy of Washington Post reporter Taylor Lorenz and her treatment of the @libsoftiktok owner. The billboard said, “Hey WaPo, Democracy Dies in darkness. That’s why we’re shining a light on you.” It continued, “The Washington Post and Taylor Lorenz Doxxed @libsoftiktok.”

Carlson shared a video of the ad scrolling on a screen in Times Square on his show. He went on to say, “So Tim Pool of YouTube fame, with the help of The Daily Wire’s Jeremy Boreing, just put up a billboard in Times Square highlighting what The Washington Post tried to do to the founder of @libsoftiktok. Now, of course, as predicted, Taylor Lorenz says she’s the victim here.”

Carlson made sure to note the apparent duplicity of Lorenz, “So she exposes the @libsoftiktok owner to violence,” he said, “But when you say her name, you’re a terrorist.”

Lorenz took to Twitter after the billboard went up to express her feelings about the placement, she said, “This billboard is undeniably so idiotic it’s hilarious, but don’t forget these campaigns have a much darker and more vile side. I’m grateful to be at a newsroom that recognizes bad faith, politically motivated attacks and has a strong security team.”

Lorenz’s concerns about safety and alleged “politically motivated” actions behind the billboard are ironic. Just last week, in an article intended to expose the person behind the popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok, Lorenz linked to a critical piece of information that revealed the person running the account’s private home address.

Lorenz wrote, in her article on the Twitter account, “The account has emerged as a powerful force on the Internet, shaping right-wing media, impacting anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and influencing millions by posting viral videos aimed at inciting outrage among the right.”

Lorenz, who claims to be suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of her personal information being published online, revealed not only the name of the Libs of TikTok creator but also specific personal details. Her article included a link to the creator’s employer, address, and professional credentials. She also shared information about her travel history. After speaking out about her own experience, her actions contradict her own call for privacy and security.

Lorenz’s actions have been defended by the Washington Post. Cameron Barr, the outlet’s senior editor, issued a statement claiming that they “did not publish or link to any details about her personal life.”
