Just like when anyone else in the world takes a stand, Donald Trump did so and he immediately made his share of enemies. He could have had a comfortable life, living in a Penthouse with his supermodel wife and his mini-me running around and servants and what have you, but he chose not to do that. However brave that his speaking out might have been, it has brought out his share of nutjobs. Take Fiona Hill, for example.
She is a former George W. Bush and Obama Administration official, and for a while, President Trump kept her on until he realized that she herself was just another cog of the DC Machine and as anti-Trump as the day is long.
Hill also made her mark at Trump’s impeachment hearing, where she testified about how awful she thought Trump truly was. However, she is not done yet. She is now claiming that if her former boss wins again in 2024, it will mean that the whole entire United States is in for a civil war. Yes, this nutjob went there.
Of course, so much of what this woman said is pure projection. She goes on and on ad nauseum talking about Trump not accepting the outcome of the 2020 election. However, here is the problem with that: you and I both know that anti-Trumpers and Democrats never did accept the outcome of the 2016 election either. They immediately blamed anything they possibly could, with liberal journalists going crazy with stories of Russian collusion day in and day out.
Real Clear Politics offers a transcript:
HOOVER: You have said that if Donald Trump, makes a successful return to the presidency in 2024, quote, “democracy’s done.” What do you mean by that?
HILL: What I mean by that is that he is basically trying to come back again on the basis of a lie. He has repudiated the outcome of the 2020 election, and yet he’s expecting, you know, to be reelected in 2024. So that is the main thesis, that’s the man propelling force behind his bid for reelection. So just that basic fact of how he is campaigning is in itself a massive problem because he is rejecting the democratic system and the outcome of the 2020 election.
HOOVER: Do you believe, though, in the scenario where he runs again in ‘24 and is justly elected, democratically elected through the Electoral College, that his presence in the White House means democracy is done?
HILL: Well, this will be on the basis of a minority rule because we are already seeing in key states, swing states, that there are efforts being made by Republican political leaders to constrain the votes of people who are not Republicans. And again, look, I’m not a partisan person.
The liberal media is constantly complaining about conspiracy theories and those who are spreading them. It appears that there are enough to go around in both parties. Considering how Anti-Trump this Fiona Hill person truly is, we just have one question for you:
Does this count?
