Virginia Now Openly ARRESTING Citizens At Public Meetings For Exercising The First Amendment!

There was a local school board meeting last week in Loudoun County, Virginia, that was eventually declared an “unlawful assembly” by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office simply because they wanted to clear the packed room. This served one main purpose, either intentionally or unintentionally: it kept the board from hearing from angry protesters or concerned parents who are opposed to the whole idea of critical race theory and the new transgender policies in their Virginia schools. Was this simply a coordinated effort to shut down the crowd who had filled the room demanding answers? The board was claiming that the crowd got “out of hand” and then the police arrested the citizens because they wouldn’t leave the room “right away”, according to Reuters reporter Gabriella Borter.

How did the parents get out of hand? Well, for one thing, they began singing the national anthem when the Virginia school board was ending public comment because they thought the crowd was getting out of hand. Gee, that is some unruly mob that the Loudoun County, Virgina school board was having to deal with? My goodness, you would think that they were blocking a roadway or something! Oh wait, those are the other guys!

As a matter of fact, two parents were arrested as they were standing in the crowd and making an effort to speak out. It occurred after the meeting had been declared an unlawful assembly by the sheriff’s office when they noticed that there were quite a few parents who were protesting against critical race theory and the school’s transgender policy. These parents were asked to leave right away, but they refused.

However, one of the individuals who was arrested was heard loudly complaining about his right of free speech being infringed upon.

What do you think about this turn of events?
