He Found Who Kidnapped His Daughter, What Happened Next Had Him Behind Bars!
Once he found the man who kidnapped his daughter, he went totally medieval on him and ended up behind bars! What kind of justice is this?
There were several comments on social media that are calling this Washington state father a “hero” because of the way he responded to reports that his daughter was in the clutches of sex traffickers, later killing the man whom he believed was responsible for selling his daughter into sex slavery.
What Happened?
The Spokane Police Department issued a press release where they said that they had discovered the remains of a 19-year-old male who turned out to be the former boyfriend of 60-year-old John Eisenman’s daughter. He had been placed in the trunk of an abandoned vehicle.
The police said this incident was a “complex case” and noted that Eisenman had set off to exact revenge for his daughter after he learned that she had been sold off into a Seattle-based prostitution ring by the boyfriend that he had allegedly killed.
Perhaps the most notable thing about this whole entire deal would have to be the fact that Eisenman himself has no prior violent history. However, he has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held on a million-dollar bond regardless.
The police also indicated that this father had rescued his daughter from the prostitution ring in October 2020 and then the following month is when he learned that his daughter’s boyfriend was the one responsible for selling her into sex slavery. However, once Eisenman learned that Sorenson was going to be at a certain location, he confronted him, attacked him, and tied him up, finally placing him in the trunk of a vehicle.
After the fatal assault had occurred, Eisenman allegedly “drove the vehicle to a remote area in North Spokane County and abandoned the car with the body still inside.”
Sorenson’s remains would eventually be discovered a year later.
The Reaction
The reaction toward what the father did has been largely positive, with many comments on social media pointing out that his actions were justified.
“I hope this guy gets the best attorney possible and gets time served,” one user wrote.
Another person suggested, “Any good father would have done the same.”
“If this is true and he got his daughter back, he is a hero,” wrote one commenter while another added, “I bet he happily sits in prison. Not all heroes wear capes.”
Still another said, “Sounds like Justice was served to me. Hope he gets a good lawyer and does not have to serve any time.”
“Sounds like there is no crime committed here from the father,” said one person.
“Bless that father and his family. Praying for his daughter’s lifelong recovery,” added another.
There was a GoFundMe account that had been set up to procure some fonds for Eisenman’s bond and legal expenses, amassing thousands of dollars before a GoFundMe insisted that it be taken down. They said it violated GoFundMe’s terms of service by issuing the following statement:
“The platform cannot be used to fund the defense of crimes related to violence,” the representative said, adding that all donors will be refunded.
