Tensions continued to escalate in Washington DC after the resignation on the Supreme Court by Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Known as a “swing vote” on the court, Kennedy was the focus of many intense discussions on high profile cases because he was such a wildcard in terms of how he may vote on key legislation.
He did not fit the traditional left/right paradigm.
As we all well know, Trump appointee the Honorable Neil Gorsuch, became the newest Supreme Court Justice, after Obama failed to get his nominee, Merrick Garland, pushed through on his way out of the White House door.
That move had angered a LOT of Democrats and now they are attacking the newest nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.
Now, ideologically, Ruth Bader Ginsburg (or RGB as she is known) leans so far left she is barely visible out there on the edge of the political spectrum.
Justice Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are strict Constitutionalists in the vein of the man Gorsuch replaced, Justice Antonin Scalia.
During a recent oral argument, Gorsuch said to one attorney “[m]aybe we can just for a second talk about that arcane matter, the Constitution.”
RBG fired back at Gorsuch, trying to shut him down, but it didn’t work.
He continued asking questions, one coming less than a minute after RBG tried unsuccessfully to shut him up.
They traded barbs again just a week later during oral argument in another case.
Gorsuch, again, wanting to follow the Constitution. RBG, on the other hand, noting how the SCOTUS has otherwise interpreted it.

It could just be a seniority thing; however RGB made it quite clear during the election what she though of Trump: “I can’t imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president.
For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be –I don’t even want to contemplate that.”
And this: “He is a faker. He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns?”
Me thinks RGB may be taking out her bitter feelings about President Trump on Gorsuch now.

Considering the way Ginsburg feels and talks about the President, every item that comes before the Supreme Court that has ANYTHING connected to the President, she needs to recuse herself, due to her extreme bias towards him.
This women is old enough for George to explain to her why the second amendment is so important but her brain shrunk and sometimes she needs to take a nap to see if it is still in her head. Impeach her due to mentally incompetent.
It is obvious, Ginsburg is not working on behalf of the Citizens of the United States of America. It is obvious Ginsburg doesn’t even look at the United States Constitution in making her decisions. It is obvious, Ginsburg is a LEFT WING, BUTT MONKEY. Mindless, blow hard. She doesn’t have a clue. A true LEFTIS NUT JOB! She should step down immediately and be placed in a home for the diluted. She has lost touch with reality.
RBG does not adhere to our Constitution. She believes in International Law and that is what she basis here remarks. As far as she is concerned the Constitution of the United States doesn’t exist. She should retire or be forced out of office due to her inability to do the job she was appointed to do. And the sooner the better for our country.
I remind you that the people at the Constitutional Convention were going to go home and live under the Articles of Confederation and could not agree on anything. Ben Franklin reminded them that “Unless the Lord builds the house the laborers labor in vain and called for prayer and fasting. The next meeting they started with prayer and prayed every day they worked on it. That is why we have a 231 YEAR OLD CONSTITUTION WHY THE REST OF THE WORLD HAVE 17 YEAR OLD CONSTITUTIONS. Ginsberg said she would prefer to live under a European Constitution. Our experiment in government has created the highest living standards in the world. America is not Exceptional because of our Government but because of our Exceptional Acceptance of our Creator.
RBG needs to nod back off to sleep. Obviously that’s when she’s most productive…and sane.
