Instagram Model Posts Questionable Pic In Restroom Sparking Outrage [PHOTO]

A mother has provoked debate online about privacy levels after posting a photo on her Instagram account.

Annie Nolan, a mother who blogs about parenting, posted a picture showing how she used the toilet while her child was in the bathroom, media reports said.

“When you need to wee but you just spent 15 mins securely strapping a child to your back,” Nolan captioned her photo, according to Daily Mail.

“Poor Delphi! Though she follows me to the toilet every time anyway. Thanks for invading my space and making me laugh @katmaycam,” Nolan went on to write.

Nolan’s post prompted a number of parents to express their opinion on the matter.

“I’m 66 and still sit with door open while the grandkids sit and talk while I’m having my supposed private time wouldn’t have it any other way….lol,” one follower wrote.

“Ha, been there and done that! Way to make it work,” another mother added, according to Huffington Post.

“What was she supposed to do? After all the effort to get the child in place , then here’s the overwhelming urge. Put yourself in her place, what would you’ve done ? Was the child hurt in the process? First instinct was to answer the call while keeping her child safe. Leave her alone. If she had taken her off and left her unsupervised outside then it would be a WHOLE lot of condemnation. Leave her alone, child is fine,” one mother quote.

A post earlier this year by Nolan on her blog was somewhat more controversial. In it, she wrote about how she had banned her three children from speaking to strangers unless a teacher or parent was present.

“I am in no way an expert in this field,” she wrote at the time, the Mail reported.

“I am just another parent who is feeling my way as things like this arise,” she added.
