SCHOOL MAY BE FORCED TO CLOSE FOR NOT TEACHING KIDS ABOUT GENDER REASSIGNMENT SURGERY

A school might be forced to close because it does not include homosexuality and gender reassignment surgery in its curriculum.

The private Orthodox Jewish elementary school, Vishnitz Girls School, has thus far resisted the government’s attempts to force gender ideology on the school’s children.

A report by the Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted) says that the school does not teach its students — ages three to eight — “a full understanding of fundamental British values,” according to Heat Street. The report claimed that the girls “are not taught explicitly about issues such as sexual orientation” and the students’ “spiritual, moral, social and cultural development” is restricted and “does not promote equality of opportunity in ways that take account of differing lifestyles.”

It added that school administrators understand the requirement to teach about the protected characteristics set out in the Equality Act 2010, but do not teach about gender re-assignment and sexual orientation.

Despite the school having a stellar reputation, a well rounded staff and enthusiastic students, the Ofsted test proves that British laws for schools are “hierarchical,” with homosexuality and the transgenderism at the top and religious beliefs taking a backseat, saidGill Robbins of Christians in Education, a pro-religious campaign group.

“Ofsted has revealed its true agenda. It doesn’t matter how good your school is in all other respects — simply refusing to teach very young children about gender reassignment will lead to your closure,” said Robbins, who fearsthat other Jewish schools which refuse, as a matter of faith, to teach about LGBT issues will also be forced to close.

Heat Street reported that the school has failed its Ofsted inspection three times since February 2016.

Three other private schools also failed the Ofsted checklist standards, according to Schools Week. British regulations hold that, if private schools that do not meet the Ofsted standards, they will have their school taken off the independent school registrar, making it a criminal offense if they remain open.

Robbins said Ofsted has made it clear that the Equality Act puts sexual orientation and gender reassignment at its apex — “all equalities are equal, but some equalities are more equal than others.”
