They Asked Sarah Sanders How Christians Can Support President Trump, Her Response Was Perfect

The liberal left has made it very clear that they find Christianity repulsive. Recently, we have seen their narrative about Christianity get even worse.

Conservative Tribune explains that “leftists like to bring up Christianity as some sort of barometer when criticizing conservatives — and especially when criticizing anyone who supports President Donald Trump. To the surprise of nobody, many liberals and Democrats only seems to applaud the merits of Christianity when the faith can be used to attack conservatives and Republicans. In fairness, that line of liberal thinking has certainly befuddled some Christians.” The news source then poses the question, “Do devout Christians sometimes struggle with supporting an organization or person who can at times do or say un-Christian things?”

This question is hard for some of us to answer, but White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders had the perfect response when posed with the question.

The New Yorker recently published an interview with the White House Press Secretary, who might have just shut up all of those criticizing Christians who support President Trump.

“Frankly, if people of faith don’t get involved in the dirty process, then you’re missing the entire point of what we’re called to do,” Sanders stated.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders could have just stopped her statement there, and the answer would have probably been the best I’ve ever heard, but she went further into the core of the issue to prove her point.

President Trump’s alleged sexual relationship with a porn star was cited by the New Yorker as one of the reasons that liberals condemn Christians who support Trump. She had the perfect answer, yet again.

“I’m not going to my office expecting it to be my church,” she answered.

Work and church are two different things.

Conservative Tribune explains, “Even if work involves unsavory accusations, Sanders is 100 percent correct to say that believing in Christianity means she should be wanting to go into work to spread the good word.”

The White House Press Secretary stated, “You’re not called to go into the places where everyone already thinks like you and is a believer — you have to go onto a stage where they’re not.”

She went on to make it very clear that she was not talking about the White House directly, but more so about her goals as a Christian.

“You have to take that message into the darkest places, and the dirtiest places, and the most tainted and dysfunctional places. If you can influence even one person, that’s what you’re supposed to do,” she continued.

Paige Williams of the New Yorker claimed that she felt President Trump was the one who needed help, but Sanders had the perfect response… again!

Sanders said, “We all need help. That’s the whole basis of Christianity. No one is perfect. We are all sinners.”

The mainstream media doesn’t seem to get this at all.

Nobody is perfect, and Sanders clearly realizes that.

The mainstream media that’s so intent on attacking the Trump administration that it seems blind to its own flaws ought to remind itself of that every once in a while.
