Prosecutor Who Questioned Blasey-Ford Just Destroyed Her Whole Case, Tells Senators “She Could Not Take This Anywhere Near a Courtroom”

Elder Patriot – Fox News has reported that the experienced sex crimes prosecutor brought in by Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans to question Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser had uncovered enough gaps in her memory and inconsistencies in her story that she told the senators the case could not hold up in court.

The prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell met with all 51 Senate Republicans during a late-night briefing following her interrogation of accuser Christine Blasey-Ford.

Mitchell’s treatment of Blasey-Ford was so gentle and understated that almost no one realized the inconsistencies that she had so subtly uncovered:

-Dr. Ford traveled between 6 and 8 miles to her home but she could not remember how she got home.  Is there another witness she is preventing the committee from interviewing?

-During her therapy sessions she never mentioned Brett Kavanaugh’s name.  When asked whether she provided notes from those sessions to the Washington Post, who she contacted over the summer to tell her story to, she couldn’t remember.  Keep in mind this is 36 years removed from the trauma of whatever happened that night but she claims she couldn’t recall.
