After Democrat Senator Says Kavanaugh is ‘Guilty’ of Sexual Assault, Trey Gowdy Exposes Her For Who She Truly is

The Democrats have really outdone themselves this time, sinking to an entirely new level of low in attempting to delay the confirmation of President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh. They have made a desperate plea to ruin his reputation and career by pushing 36-year-old sexual assault allegations against him. The problem for the Democrats is that their argument for an investigation into these decades-old allegations has pretty much been defeated by logic.

As Reported by AJR

Democratic Senator of New York Kirsten Gillibrand has now come forward to claim that Kavanaugh is most certainly guilty because he did not request that the FBI “investigate” the claims that were made against him. Now, Trey Gowdy has spoken up, exposing Gillibrand as a corrupt Democrat. He basically destroyed her argument for an investigation into Kavanaugh in one fell swoop. Take a look:

The Daily Caller reports that Bret Baier showed the video clip of Senator Gillibrand, then asked Trey Gowdy what he took from it.

“Wow. When I walked into the studio tonight, there was a presumption of innocence and you did not have to prove your innocence. So, I’m a little surprised to hear what the senator from  New York said,” Gowdy said to Baier.

He went on, “Bret I’ll tell you this. I think that Dr. Ford met with Democratic legislators before the FBI investigated it. I know that she talked to The Washington Post before the FBI investigated it. The FBI did not have jurisdiction over state sex assault claims. If they want to locate witnesses, if there are witnesses that know whether or not this happened, I am all for it and I am all for them being compelled to testify.”

The argument for an investigation into the allegations against Kavanaugh was further disputed when a video clip of former Democrat Vice President Joe Biden began circulating the internet. The video clip dates back to 1991, when Biden was arguing with Clarence Thomas that an FBI investigation would be pointless in the case of a non-federal crime.

Take a look:

Biden made the argument against an investigation into the Kavanaugh allegations back in 1991 without even knowing it.

From Fox News:

“I think they should do an FBI investigation. We did that for Anita Hill,” Biden explained Friday. “Most importantly, Anita Hill was vilified when she came forward by a lot of my colleagues, character assassination. I wish I could’ve done more to prevent those questions, the way they asked them.”

Twitter users had a lot to say:

It’s time for the Democrats to give up the delay tactics, because they obviously aren’t working.
