Leader of ICE Protest Arrested After HORRIFIC Criminal History is Exposed

Kirsters Baish| A 24-year-old ICE protest leader named Micah Rhodes has been arrested. It seems that the leader of the anti-Trump organization “Portland’s Resistance” has been hiding some pretty sinister secrets. Oregon Live reports that earlier in the year, Rhodes was taken into custody “on three counts of second-degree sexual abuse for having illicit sexual contact with a 17-year-old girl in Washington County and a 17-year-old boy in Multnomah County.”

The reports of sexual abuses against the liberal protester were made in 2014 (when he was 20 years old) and 2015 (when he was 21 years old.)

Instead of following the normal state sentencing guidelines, Multonomah County Circuit Judge Jerry Hodson and Washington County Circuit Judge Janelle Wipper decided against sending Rhodes to jail for two and a half years. Instead, they had two separate hearings and sentenced Rhodes to five years probation.

Oregon Live reported that Jerry Hodson did not want to send the ICE protest leader to jail because he felt that Rhodes was actually working on changing himself.

Hodson stated, “I can tell that you’re sincere and I can tell that you’ve grown a lot over the last couple of years.”

Conservative Tribune reports:

Rhodes’ court-ordered probation comes with a lengthy list of conditions, the most important of which is the requirement that he stay away from all children — unless given express permission to be around them by his probation officer.

Now, less than a month after his second sentencing, Rhodes has been arrested for — you guessed it — being around minors without permission.

At a protest outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office located in Southwest Portland, Rhodes was spotted in the vicinity of protesters under the age of 18.

The protest mentioned was filmed by a blogger, Robert West. West focused in on Rhodes, who was standing on the building’s roof. Three younger girls stood below the building. The protest in mention took place on June 22. Rhodes’ first hearing took place in May, however his second hearing wasn’t until July.

Washington County Circuit Judge Janelle Wipper is now left to decide the fate of Rhodes and whether or not he will have to face jail time. If the judge rules that Rhodes in fact violated his probation by having been in the presence of minors without their parents’ permission, he could be verbally reprimanded… or be sent to prison for two or more years.

The ironic part about the position this guy is in is the fact that he is an ICE protester. He claims that he cars so much about immigrant children, but at the same time, he’s a known pedophile.

I really would love to see how the mainstream media is going to try and justify his actions. They are going to claim that the girl was old enough to make her own decisions, but the law isn’t on their side. The law says that only adults can make decisions regarding sex, and 17 isn’t considered an adult. Case closed.

Hopefully Judge Wipper makes the right choice this time around and sends Rhodes to prison where he belongs.
