Reported by AJR| The leftist, mainstream media and radical liberals in the U.S. have been working hard to convince the masses that President Donald Trump is some sort of a traitor and somehow committed treason.

This is all because he opted not to publicly condemn Russian President Vladimir Putin for claiming that Russia did not interfere in the 2016 United States presidential election.

The left has been trying to convince Americans that Trump is somehow sucking up to Putin since even before he was elected President over Hillary Clinton in 2016. Things really got hostile when Trump met with Putin this month.

Conservative Tribune explains:

Many pundits became borderline hysterical, alleging that Trump had committed a grave sin by trying to have a positive relationship with one of the most powerful nations on earth and trying to find diplomatic solutions to conflict.

The increasingly liberal Time Magazine went as far as to release a cover with a disturbing image of Trump morphing into Putin, the implication being that the American president was caving to Russia and allowing the opposing country to become too powerful.

It really seems to be a trend among Democrats to have short term memory, but thankfully President Trump has a big Twitter presence, and is here to remind everyone about a 2010 video featuring Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The video is currently eight years old, but came from an interview conducted by First Channel Television. Townhall reports that First Channel Television is owned, in part, by the Russian government.

Clinton sounds an awful lot like Donald Trump in the interview… in fact, she seemed to want to make friends with Russia. She claimed that a “strong Russia” would be great for our country and our allies.

“We want very much to have a strong Russia because a strong, confident, prosperous, stable Russia is, we think, in the interests of the world,” she can be heard in the video.

So, why didn’t Democrats call Clinton a traitor or claim that she was treasonous back then? That’s exactly what they’re doing to President Trump right now.

Clinton didn’t waste much time trying to defend herself. She hopped on Twitter and wrote in response to the video, “That’s a clip from when Medvedev was president.” She was attempting to imply that working on building a “strong Russia” was okay under different leadership, but now that Putin is President, it is no longer a positive thing.

Clinton also failed to mention the big elephant in the room. At the time, Putin was Prime Minister of Russia.

Remember… this was 2010. Both the roles of President and Prime Minister in Russia hold very important roles, so there’s no way that Clinton wasn’t dealing with Putin back then too.

Basically what it boils down to is that Hillary Clinton is a hypocrite and a liar, and her excuse didn’t make a lick of sense.

Medvedev, of course, was the Russian figure who then-President Barack Obama was caught on camera promising to assist once his pesky re-election against Mitt Romney was out of the way.

The same Obama laughed at Romney during a prime-time debate when the Republican candidate brought up Russia as a possible threat to world stability.

For some reason, now that a Conservative has been elected to the White House, the leftists have decided to change their minds when it comes to Russia. Do they really think that Americans are that dumb? Did they think this video was just going to disappear? Come on, people.

President Trump is totally right, the mainstream media and the left is orchestrating this entire Russia investigation, all to try and tear down the current administration. It’s truly sickening to watch.
