New Footage Reveals The Inside of the Las Vegas Shooter’s Lair [VIDEO]

New footage has emerged of the Stephen Paddock’s hotel room after the shooting took place. Authorities released some shocking photos of the mad man’s stockpile of weapons he somehow managed to sneak into his Mandalay Bay room. In the footage obtained by The Post, an assault rifle can be seen resting on a bipod on the floor through the breached door.

A marker with the number 19 is seen resting near the weapon – one of 23 that authorities found along with the madman’s body on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

And in images obtained by Boston 25, two other assault rifles Paddock used to massacre 59 people are seen lying on the floor in the corner suite, amid dozens of spent cartridges.

TV station reporter Jacqui Heinrich tweeted the photographs, which also show a hammer that Paddock, 64, presumably used to smash the windows of his suite to set up his sniper’s perch.

Also in view is the bipod he used to stand one of the rifles as he sprayed the crowd of 22,000 with bullets as they attended the Route 91 Harvest festival.

One of the rifles features a fixed scope and the other contains a high-capacity detachable magazine.

Paddock – who left more than 500 injured — opened fire through the door and hit a security guard in the leg as a SWAT team closed in.

Before the cops blew the door open, he turned one of the guns on himself, officials said.

Paddock had hauled the arsenal into his 32nd-floor room in 10 suitcases when he checked in Thursday without arousing suspicion.

The high-powered weapons included an AR-15 and an AK-47 as well as four Daniel Defense DDM4 rifles, three FN-15s and other rifles made by Sig Sauer, according to reports.

At least one had been modified with a legal “bump stock,” which allows the shooter to fire the weapons as a full automatic with a single squeeze of the trigger, officials said.

The devices, which are legal in the US, alter the gun’s stock so the recoil helps accelerate how quickly the shooter can pull the trigger.

Some of the weapons may have been converted to fully automatic, according to reports. Automatic weapons have been banned for civilian use since the Firearm Owners’ Protection Act of 1986.

Investigators have said they recovered several weapons from Paddock’s hotel room and discovered an additional 19 weapons from his home in Mesquite, Nev., along with thousands of rounds of ammunition. Police are still trying to discover a motive for the crime.
