“Attention all units. Attention all units. Be on the lookout for a female jogger dropping trou on her neighbors’ yards.” This is not your usual daily crime that police must deal with. Or at least I hope it’s not. residents of Colorado Springs, Colorado are calling her “The Mad Pooper.” Evidently, as she jogs around the neighborhood, she feels the strong pull of Mother nature and rather than holding it in until she gets home, she drops trou and lets it fly.
Some residents claim she even did it in the presence of children.
“I thought for sure she’s mortified. It’s an accident. She’ll go get a dog bag, clean it up and never run here again,” resident Cathy Budde told KKTV. “Not the case.”
Budde added that there are restrooms located at a nearby convenience store and park, so she is not sure why the mystery woman would continue to do this.
Colorado Springs police told KDVR that they are just as baffled by the situation as residents.
“It’s abnormal, it’s not something I’ve seen in my career,” Sgt. Johnathan Sharketti said.
Police say the woman could be charged with indecent exposure and public defecation.
Police are asking anyone who can identify the woman to call the Falcon division of the Colorado Springs Police Department at 719-444-7240.
Other areas of the country have also dealt with a “mystery pooper.”
In 2014, police in Ypsilanti, Michigan, spent months searching for someone they say was responsible for defecating on a playground in a park. Police found the suspect in May, and they say the playground has been feces-free ever since.
Some say the woman is very health conscious but I still think she is full of crap. At least when she starts her jogging. After jogging, she could be a couple of quarts low.
