Black Man Who Said He Wanted To Kill All Whites Arrested as Serial Killer

Fredrick Demond Scott, a 22 year old black man that previously said he wanted to kill all whites has been arrested on 2 counts of murder and is the suspect in three other murders.  All the victims were white men between the ages of 54 and 67.  Three of the murdered men were walking their dogs on Indian Creek Trail or close to it.  DNA evidence was found at two of the murder scenes.  Police arrested Scott for the murders of Steven Gibbons and John Palmer while they continue to investigate the other three murders, in order to get him off the streets.

His mother claims that her son didn’t have any hatred for white men and often did odd jobs for them.  (He had to get the money for bullets somewhere)  :

“As far as I know Fredrick never had a problem with white people.  He would do odd jobs for people and some of those people were white men.”

Scott has a history of making threats:

In January 2014, however, while Scott was attending an alternative school, a municipal citation filed against him for harassment indicates that authorities knew of his remark about his intent to “kill all white people.”

The Jan. 21, 2014, threats at Center Alternative School were the most alarming example. A city citation for harassment quoted Scott as stating: “I want to shoot the school up, Columbine-style.”

He is also said to be angry over the murder of his brother.  But his brother was killed by another black man.

Investigators also suspect Scott in three other killings — David Lenox on Feb. 27, Timothy Rice on April 4, and Mike Darby on May 18.

All of the men are white males between the ages of 54 and 67. According to KMBC, three of the men were walking their dogs on Indian Creek Trail or close to it.

Investigators have yet to determine if the killings were racially motivated, but Scott’s past comments about white people raise the question.

The police say they don’t know if the man who said he wanted to kill all whites killed these men for being white.  Well, duh.
