HOUSTON, Texas —A group of people in Houston formed a human chain to rescue an elderly man trapped inside his vehicle amidst flooding from Harvey.
Maritza Castillo says he husband Juan was one of more than a dozen people who jumped in the water to help.
She says the victim was taken to a hospital and later reunited with his son.
