She Uploaded A Video Complaining About Her Tips, And Then She Got Hit Back Hard…

A Hooters waitress has gone viral after being branded “ungrateful” on TikTok.

It all started when Hooters waitress Ali, who reportedly works at one of the chain’s Georgia branches, took to the social media platform and revealed how much she made one day after working “four hours”.

Ali who goes by @alidspicexo in TikTok posted the video where she and some co-workers revealed the tips they got in a day while working at the famous restaurant.

Her video has now gone viral with over eight million views, and the comments section has been flooded with TikTokers claiming Ali is being “ungrateful” for the tips she received.

“OK guys, we’re doing what we make at Hooters in a day, and we just got our first couple of tables, so we’re gonna show you that now,” she said.

In an effort to give TikTok viewers a more honest view of life for Hooters servers in Georgia, Ali recruited some of her coworkers to join in on the video. She asked them to share tips they received throughout their shifts that day.

In the now-viral clip, she said: “My first table, I got a $50, which was nice. It was a four-top.”

Rolling her eyes, she continued: “My second table, I got $1… My third table I got $20, and then I got $10 from a really old couple. But, whatever.”

At the end of the video, Ali shows the tip she was least happy with receiving.

“All right y’all, this one made me mad. But it’s whatever,” she said while holding the receipt up to the camera. “They left me $10, wrote it on the bill, scribbled it out, and wrote $5 when I walked away. Why?”

In total, the Hooters waitress received $521 during her daytime shift.

Over in the comments, many people blasted Ali for making out they were ‘bad tips’.

“Imagine that old couple didn’t have much to tip but gave you the $10 thinking it was a big tip and you come here to say, ‘But whatevaaa’,” one TikToker wrote.

Another asked: “Why would you just expect huge tips, and get upset at a $10?”

A third commented: “Not you being ungrateful for $5 or $10 dollars.”

As of this writing, the video has been taken down from her TikTok account.
