She Went Missing Years Ago, Now Cops Finally Know What Happened…

A little girl has not been seen since around October 2019 but authorities only started searching for her in December 2021. Ten months on, questions persist about how the child could suddenly vanish and fall through the cracks.

The search for five-year-old Harmony Montgomery has come to a tragic end as New Hampshire police announced that they believe the little girl was murdered in December 2019. Despite her body never being found, authorities have “biological” evidence that confirms her disappearance was a homicide. Harmony’s short life was filled with hardship and instability, as she was moved between social services organizations and allegedly experienced abuse and neglect from her parents.

Harmony’s missing person case was brought to the attention of authorities in September 2021, two years after she went missing from her mother’s home. Given the amount of time that had passed, there was little hope of finding her alive. However, a recent press conference provided much-needed closure for the community as the police announced that they would be focusing their efforts on finding Harmony’s killer.

While the evidence that confirms Harmony was murdered has not been made public, authorities are appealing to the people of New Hampshire to come forward with any information they may have. Manchester Chief of Police Allen Aldenberg urged anyone with information to come forward, saying,There are people out there who have yet to come forward… do it for this little girl.”

Despite the lack of physical evidence, authorities are hopeful that their “recently uncovered biological evidence” will lead them to Harmony’s killer. However, they have not yet revealed what this evidence is, as they do not want to give the killer an opportunity to cover their tracks and evade capture.

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu expressed his condolences for Harmony and praised the law enforcement community for their dedication to transparency and commitment to justice. He also acknowledged the impact that Harmony had on the community, saying, “We have come to know Harmony through her bright smiles in her photos, and she will not soon be forgotten by her fellow Granite Staters.”

Blair Miller, the adoptive father of Harmony’s biological brother Jamison, expressed his frustration with the legal system that failed to protect Harmony and reunite her with her brother.

He stated, “As we work to be part of the process to bring change to the system that failed Harmony and our son, we are aware that many aspects of Harmony and Jamison’s cases should have been treated differently.”

The tragic end to Harmony’s story serves as a reminder of the importance of protecting children and providing a safe and stable environment for them to grow and thrive. While her killer remains at large, authorities are hopeful that their investigation will lead to justice for Harmony and closure for her community.
