PBS host Margaret Hoover has an interview with Steve Bannon during an episode of Firing Line. But what Bannon said during the interview raised some eyebrows in Hoover after he spots on with his observation.
Bannon defended the middle class and family unit saying they are the “backbone” of America because the elite liberals hate it when someone from this class moves up.
After Bannon compared the American millennial to a Russian peasant, it sent the interviewer into a flurry of denials and obfuscation.
The main driver behind the dismal economic reality facing Millennials in the 21st century is the disintegration of the family unit, Bannon claimed.
Hoover claimed his ideas were “nostalgic” and said it is “backward-looking” to want manufacturing at the base of the American economy.
WLT explained it further:
I think he’s spot on with this observation and the idea that anyone would be as opposed to this idea as the interviewer seemed to be should raise some eyebrows.
Nothing Bannon said is controversial or requires some massive leap in thinking to understand. As strong family units give way to state supremacy everything degrades—economic prosperity not being the least of these.
Could this be the real reason they’re coming after Bannon so hard? Because he’s pointing out the actual underlying issues that are destroying and degrading entire generations of Americans?
Here’s what Bannon said to Margaret Hoover of PBS:

Steve Bannon has been charged with contempt of Congress & found guilty, while Brennan, Clapper & others who lied to Congress have never been charged or prosecuted. This just shows yet again how the DOJ has been weaponized by those in power to go after their political opponents. pic.twitter.com/aJXJGUqOTb

Our friends from ‘The Gateway Pundit’ highlights this statement from Bannon:
That’s all policy…One of the problems we have with family formation is that these economic policies has really let the world unfairly compete.
Remember, here is the thing with millennials, they are like 19th-century Russian serfs, they are in better shape, they have more information, they are better dressed, but they don’t own anything.”
The conviction of Steve Bannon is a victory for the rule of law and an important affirmation of the Select Committee’s work.
As the prosecutor stated, Steve Bannon ‘chose allegiance to Donald Trump over compliance with the law.’

WUSA 9, a local CBS affiliate, reports that Bannon may be in violation of another subpoena directed at him:
A former Trump campaign staffer asked a judge this week to hold Steve Bannon in civil contempt for allegedly failing to comply with a subpoena seeking his testimony in her ongoing sexual discrimination lawsuit against former President Donald Trump’ 2016 campaign.
It comes into conclusion that these left-leaning reporters and these liberal elites are totally out of touch…Though most of them just pretend to be blind to what’s happening.
