A biological man who identifies himself as a woman has been arrested in Citrus County, Florida after several allegations came to light that he had sexually abused several children.
He has been arrested and charged with several crimes, including lewd and lascivious battery.
33-year-old Diana Guevara a former police officer who transitioned to the opposite sex was arrested in Citrus County, Florida, on charges related to sexual activity with minors after allegedly fostering relationships with children for the purpose of sexual abuse.
According to law enforcement officials, Guevara sent numerous sexually explicit images and videos to children between the ages of 12 and 17 over social media. In addition to the explicit messages, Guevara also physically assaulted his victims.
A victim testimony reportedly also accuses Guevara of sexually assaulting boys aged 16 and 14 in his home. Guevara also reportedly lied about his age to the children, telling them that he was 23 instead of 33, his real age. Both the sheriff’s report and a local news article refer to Guevara as a woman despite him being a man.
Here’s what Sheriff Mike Pendergast said in the press release:
“Guevara manipulated the young victims in this case and then took advantage of them. She was able to foster a relationship with one victim and identify her next victims through them, showing a pattern of predatory behavior. This conduct will not be tolerated in Citrus County, and the SVU detectives will work tirelessly to bring justice to these young victims.”

More details of this horrible sexual predator from The Daily Wire report:
On June 30, a parent contacted the CCSO to say they overheard their child, an unidentified minor, talking about another unidentified juvenile who had allegedly engaged in sexual activity with Guevara. The first child also told their parent that Guevara had sent them explicit photos and videos to them on social media.
Detective Tony Ricci investigated the case and found multiple minors who described sexual activity with Guevara at Guevara’s residence. Investigators also collected evidence of the accuser’s claims of sexual abuse and explicit images.
Guevara is currently being held at the Citrus County Jail on a $47,000 bond.
As The Daily Caller noted, the CCSO and multiple news outlets identified Guevara as a woman, but the outlet revealed that Guevara is, in fact, transgender, and even discussed the transition with the Miami Herald in 2017. Guevara was a member of the Miami-Dade police force until an injury necessitated leaving law enforcement. With a lot of time to think, Guevara decided to become a woman.
“I knew I ticked differently, but I didn’t know how,” Guevara told the Herald at the time. “Then I figured it out. ‘Oh! I’m trans.’”
Guevara underwent physical changes to appear as a woman. While allegedly sexually abusing minors, Guevara claimed to be 23 years old, instead of 33.
This is not an isolated incident because this is happening all over the country.
In Arizona, school counselor Zoebella Brazil Vinik was arrested for having sex with a student who was only 15. Vinik was the educator support lead for Q Space, an LGBTQ+ club where students are encouraged to “explore their identities.” Vinik even helped organize a drag show at Tuscon High Magnet School, the Arizona Daily Independent reported.
In Michigan, Eric Rohman, a public school employee in Mt. Pleasant has been arrested alongside two other men in a police sting operation targeting pedophiles.
“Police allege that the three communicated over various social media apps with decoys posing as children. The three are accused of going to a location to have sex with a child, where they were arrested,” the National File reported.
