Joe Biden had a short message for North Korea’s Kim Jong Un: “Hello. Period.” he told reporters Sunday in Seoul.
The succinct greeting reflected the Biden administration’s so-far-unsuccessful attempts at restarting diplomacy with Pyongyang. Attempts at outreach to the North have gone mostly unanswered.
Instead, Kim has intensified missile launches and could be preparing for a seventh underground nuclear test.
Biden is further disgracing himself and our country in his Asian tour as he is incapable of mustering a real message to North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.
Biden will be heading to Japan for the second leg of his Asia trip which has been overshadowed by fears of a nuclear test by Pyongyang.

Biden said Sunday that he wasn’t concerned about the possibility of North Korea holding a nuclear test while he’s in Asia.
“We are prepared for anything North Korea does,” Biden told reporters in Seoul. “We’ve thought through how we’d respond to whatever they do, and so I am not concerned.”

Kim has refused to sit down and negotiate with the illegitimate Biden Administration to discuss denuclearization and has ramped up missile testing since January 2021. The lack of effective diplomacy between the US and North Korea in the post-President Trump years has led to a more emboldened and bitter DPRK which once again proves a threat to neighboring nations.
This is undoing all of the successful work which President Trump did on curbing the North Korean threat through diplomacy alone.
Now, when Biden has an opportunity to send a message to Kim, and is asked what he would say in a meeting between the two, the best he can muster is a pathetic “Hello.”
This is more proof that Biden is the most incompetent president we have ever had–not only domestically, but on foreign policy as well.
