HORRIFIC 911 Audio Released Of Death Of NFL Quarterback…

Dwayne Haskins, the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, died in a horrific accident in Florida earlier this month.

Andy Slater released audio of two 911 calls made shortly after the tragedy on Wednesday morning. Haskins’ wife, Kalabrya, made one of the calls, telling police dispatchers that her husband was stranded on the side of the road and walking to obtain gas.

“He said he was going to call me back after he finished putting the gas in,” but she says he never called back.

Kalabyra told the dispatch officer via TMZ Sports:

“I kept calling and kept calling, he wasn’t answering. Eventually, after 10 minutes of calling the phone, eventually it cut off. It’s not working now. I had his location. I just want somebody to go in the area and see if his car is there and if he’s OK and if anything happened to him.”

Toward the end of the call, the officer calmly explained an incident reported in the vicinity where Kalabyra described Haskins as walking.

The dispatch said:

“I don’t want you to panic, but I’m going to be honest with you. We do have an incident on the highway — but I can’t confirm if that’s your husband or not… We have units en route right now. I think rescue just got on scene. Hang tight.”

Seconds before the collision a terrified witness contacted 911, in a newly-released separate call to 911, the witness repeatedly shouted, “What the f— is wrong with you? Get the f— off the highway! ”

“There was a man hit in front of me. I was traveling on the road, and I saw a dump truck hit the man,” the witness informs dispatch afterward.

According to TMZ:

A Florida Highway Patrol crash report that Haskins was hit by two vehicles in the tragic accident, investigators note that Haskins was struck by a second vehicle after the dump truck and a third vehicle was possibly involved.

The report also stated that both drivers stopped after hitting Haskins, and “neither driver was tested for alcohol nor drugs,” Officials say that Haskins, 24, was pronounced dead minutes after the accident.

Kalabrya Haskins sent a statement shortly after her husband Dwayne’s death last week, requesting privacy while her family grieves.

Haskins wrote:

“My husband was more than a great football player. He had the smile of a rainbow that touched the diversity of so many. He will forever rest and remain in our hearts til the end of time. His eternal love will always reside with us, Ohio State, Washington Commanders and Steelers Nation for eternity! LOVE OF MY LIFE, FOREVER…REST IN THE BEAUTIFUL PEACE OF HEAVEN!”
