They Just Revealed Who May Replace Crooked Chris Cuomo!

After CNN fired Chris Cuomo last year, the network is now looking for his replacement for the primetime CNN slot and according to reports Chris Wallace and Brian Williams are two of the names that could possibly replace the former host of “Cuomo Prime Time”.

The 74-year-old ex-host of “Fox News Sunday,” Chris Wallace has signed on with CNN’s new streaming service, CNN Plus, as part of a reported multiyear, multimillion-dollar deal. Wallace left Fox News Channel in December after an 18-year stint at the cable network.

Wallace said, “I want to try something new, to go beyond politics to all the things I’m interested in. I’m ready for a new adventure.”

“I am thrilled to join CNN+. After decades in broadcast and cable news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming,” Wallace said in a statement.

“I look forward to the new freedom and flexibility streaming affords in interviewing major figures across the news landscape—and finding new ways to tell stories. As I embark on this adventure, I am honored and delighted to join Jeff Zucker and his great team. I can’t wait to get started.”

Another big name that has reportedly come up in internal discussions is Brian Williams, the former MSNBC anchor who departed the cable channel in December.

Williams, who hosted a nightly 11 p.m. show on MSNBC before stepping down, is reportedly itching for another major gig in television.

According to sources, the 62-year-old anchor “thinks he has one more swing at bat” at a major network. “He still views himself as a world-class, primetime anchor.”

“Whatever his new job is, it is not going to be at 11 o’clock,” a source told the New York Post. “This is his last swing at-bat. He’s going to do this right.”

In December, Chris Cuomo was fired by CNN president Jeff Zucker. Cuomo was terminated for allegedly assisting his brother – then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) – on how to repel sexual harassment allegations made against him.

Now the question of who could fill the vacant position after Cuomo’s departure is under the hand of the incoming CEO Chris Licht who served as executive producer of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.” Licht is scheduled to take over the low rating network this coming on May 1.
