This woman discovered something in her attic that would terrify even experienced law enforcement and security professionals, much less a single young woman living on her own.
Apparently, this 20-year-old Pennsylvania man is now in custody because he was stalking an OnlyFans model at her home in New Hampshire.
Mauricio Damian Guerrero, 20, was just charged with four burglary counts because he broke into this OnlyFans model’s home and hid in her attic, according to the Somersworth Police Department in New Hampshire.
The police report noted that the woman said that she had been filmed sleeping naked without her permission.
The woman described how she met Guerrero, who is from Bensalem, Pennsylvania, via her OnlyFans account, a social media account. She said that the reason he had her address is because he allegedly wanted to buy her a TV and a fireplace.
They charged 20-year-old Mauricio Damian-Guerrero with burglary and he was released on a $2,500 cash bail against the wishes of those prosecuting him.
The OnlyFans model said that Mauricio “seemed nice at first”, but she also told police that she didn’t want to meet him at first, but he was “very pushy.”
The woman described how her keys disappeared at one point, and then mysteriously reappeared. She brushed that off as nothing more than a vague incident, but there were also episodes where doors and windows would be open when she hadn’t touched them. To make matters worse, the woman has a young child.
She eventually checked her attic and discovered food, headphones, and a cup with bodily waste in it, according to an affidavit obtained from PhillyVoice. One day, she awoke to find Guerrero staring at her from the hallway.
On the day that Guerrero was taken into custody. February 9th, he was discovered climbing out of the attic onto the roof of the woman’s house.
Police also described how in addition to videos where the woman was in bed, she was also photographed, including a few pictures where the sheets in her bed appear to have been lifted. The woman told police that her child was asleep in her bed with her while she was being filmed.
They also found underwear in Guerrero’s car, according to the police report.
Police said Guerrero told them that the woman, identified only as NR, “wanted a man to be obsessed with her and stalk her.”
Guerrero was interviewed by the authorities, and that is when he admitted that the initial reason for breaking into the woman’s house was to retrieve the fireplace, TV, and some other personal items.
They ultimately freed Guerrero on $2,500 bail and his conditions banned him from entering New Hampshire or contacting the woman, and he had to wear a tracking bracelet.
Deputy Strafford County Attorney Emily Garod wanted him held in jail.
“He was released with pretty strict bail conditions. But it is an ongoing concern of ours, the safety of the victim during the pendency of this case, so that is why we asked for him to be held pending trial,” Garod said.
