A Major University Has Entered Into An Agreement With Communist China!

Numerous documentation from The Gateway Pundit shows U.S. universities used US taxpayer dollars to train or collaborate with scientists from China’s People’s Liberation Army.

Dr. Anthony Fauci the government’s top infectious diseases expert of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has given the U.S. taxpayers’ money to Dr. Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance, a US-based organization that conducts research and outreach programs on global health, conservation, and international development.

However, several blistering and widespread news coverage that U.S. taxpayer money was quietly funneled to one of the Chinese military-connected institutions responsible for the laboratory origin of the COVID-19 virus, China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Johns Hopkins University has received billions of dollars in funding from the US government over the years.

Scientists of China’s People’s Liberation Army, like Kun Yang and Zhuwei Xu, have been trained from Johns Hopkins and other leading universities.

However, Johns Hopkins University also contributed to the Chinese Communist Party’s foreign policy agenda and assisted its propaganda efforts both inside the United States and worldwide and may have gone far beyond scientific collaboration.

Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security Deputy Director Anita Cicero and Senior Scholar Caitlin Rivers attended a meeting with Chinese scientists and legal experts at Tianjin University in China, where they discussed “How to Prevent the Safety Risks That Synthetic Biotechnology May Cause, ” on February 1, 2018.

Vice president and Professor Yuan Yingjin, a long-time research collaborator with Johns Hopkins University and rumored to be a sponsor for Chinese scientists’ training at Johns Hopkins attended the meeting that was led by the Director of the Biosafety Strategy Research Center of Tianjin University, Professor Zhang Weiwen.

For how the Chinese Communist Party uses scientific cooperation with the United States to aid China’s scientific dominance, Zhang Weiwen is a “poster boy.”

Zhang Weiwen graduated from the Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology with a Ph.D. in microbial molecular biology in 1996.

Zhang Weiwen worked for Paradigm Genetics in North Carolina, United States, from 2001 through 2012. He worked at the Department of Energy’s Northwest National Laboratory and taught at Arizona State University’s Institute of Biodesign.

A member of the Chinese Communist Party, Zhang Weiwen has returned to China as a “Thousand Talents Program” professor and a Tianjin Municipal People’s Government specialist.

Zhang Weiwen is also an expert on biosafety and biosecurity, a Chinese military synonym for biowarfare and a major proponent of synthetic biology, designated as a national focus area by the Chinese Communist Party to achieve biotechnology dominance.

Major General Chen Wei, Director of the Institute of Biotechnology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, and supposed director of China’s biological warfare program, believes synthetic biology is an important part of China’s military doctrine.

On June 28, 2018, a second conference was held at Tianjin University, with Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security Senior Scholar Gigi Gronvall in attendance.

Yang Xue, a Chinese Communist Party law specialist with reported ties to China’s intelligence service, was one of the attendees at both meetings and would be the author of the principal product of those discussions.

The “Tianjin Biosecurity Guidelines for Codes of Conduct for Scientists,” which aims to “avoid the intentional misuse of bioscience research,” was the main product.

The practice of scientific censorship appears to be supported by some of the 10 guidelines.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted an international conference in Geneva, Switzerland, titled “Global Forum on Scientific Advances Important to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention: Held in Conjunction with the 2018 Meeting of State Parties to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention,” for which Gigi Gronvall was the point of contact, no doubt funded by US taxpayer dollars, on December 3, 2018.

Gigi Gronvall and Zhang Weiwen are pictured in the photo below, which was shot during the 2018 Geneva conference, chairing a session that appears to favor the Chinese Communist Party and People’s Liberation Army’s synthetic biology program.

The symposium “Biosafety and Biosecurity in the Era of Synthetic Biology: Meeting the Challenges in China and the United States” was co-hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and the Tianjin University Center for Biosafety Research and Strategy on July 26, 2019.

Major General Yi-Gang Tong of the People’s Liberation Army, a prominent figure in China’s biowarfare program, was present at the conference.

Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security conference claimed that it “brought together leading experts and emerging leaders from China and the US to discuss the ways, both positive and negative, that synthetic biology may alter the social and economic frameworks of modern humanity,” which took place on July 26, 2019.

A few months later, synthetic biology changed the world forever in the form of the laboratory-constructed COVID-19 virus, a few months later.

The “Tianjin Biosecurity Guidelines for Codes of Conduct for Scientists” were endorsed by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security on July 14, 2021.

China and Pakistan submitted the “Tianjin Biosecurity Guidelines for Codes of Conduct for Scientists” to the United Nations, requesting that it be included in the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, on September 3, 2021

Tom Inglesby, Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, and Gigi Gronvall, one of its Senior Scholars, were heavily involved in the cover-up of COVID-19’s laboratory origin from the outset of the epidemic, and was carried out in collaboration with Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins, the director of the National Institutes of Health, as well as scientists such as Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance, who was working with and funding the “Bat Woman,” Zheng-Li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
