Have you ever wondered why Joe Biden rarely speaks in public? Well, we now have some revelations just why this is so!

If you haven’t noticed before, Joe Biden has a very bad habit when he speaks, and it comes off as quite creepy, as a matter of fact. Is this speaking tic just part of his mental decline, or is this just an act? Simply put, he will go from just whispering to outright yelling in his speeches, and no, this isn’t a good look for him. Could it be that this is the reason why Joe Biden hasn’t held an official press conference since July 15th? This was 98 days ago, folks.

Indeed, there is a clip from the Republican National Committee that illustrates a tremendous compilation where Joe Biden has been whispering over and over.

Is this simply evidence of further mental decline from Sleepy Joe, or is just Joe trying his best to be a B-rated actor?

The most recent issue is when Biden was in Scranton, Pennsylvania where he yelled and rambled incoherently. For 15 minutes of his speech, he jabbered about the past, continuing to tell a rechurned lie about AMTRAK.

Now, President Biden considers Scranton, Pennsylvania as his hometown, and so this is significant when he considers that he literally went home to pitch his boondoggle. During this 15-minute speech, he not only delivered this AMTRAK story, but also delivered several other past stories about his childhood in Scranton. There is one small problem for Sleepy Joe, however: the AMTRAK story has been debunked as a complete lie. Biden may very well have these tales that he terms as “not a joke” stories down pat, and he might even remember them just like it was yesterday. However, Sleepy Joe can’t even remember what’s going on today!

The problem with President Biden is that America really doesn’t need a chummy old uncle. Instead, they are in desperate need of a leader who is able to understand his job. Biden not only doesn’t understand his job, but he makes such incredulous claims as “commuting for 36 years” during his time in the Senate and when he was Vice President.

Moreover, President Biden has told this debunked story about the Amtrak worker for FOUR TIMES in his administration, and he hasn’t even served a total year yet!

Biden continually claims that this conversation that he had with the AMTRAK took place “7 years into ” his vice presidency, which would mean 2015. However, the AMTRAK worker in question had actually retired in 1993 and died in 2014.

Finally, Biden claims that he has gotten loads of money for AMTRAK due to his boondoggle. However, that’s not such a great thing considering that AMTRAK is pretty bad about losing money every year.
