How They Are Tricking Children Into Getting Vaccinated Is Sickening!
Minnesota is now resorting to bribery for children ages 12-17 in an effort to get them vaccinated against COVID-19.
Young individuals who get both doses of the two-dose COVID-19 vaccine between the dates of last Monday and November 30 are going to be eligible to get ahold of a $200 Visa Gift Card. Moreover, a parent or guardian will be able to register their child after they have received both of the shots. Registration for this legalized form of bribery is going to open up on the morning of November 9th.
Minnesota residents who are between 12 and 17 who have received both of the COVID-19 vaccine doses at any point in 2021 will be able to receive a $100,000 college scholarship to go to the public or private nonprofit educational institution of their choosing in Minnesota. There are going to be five $100,000 drawings for this scholarship. Moreover, once the child has been entered by their parent in the drawing, they will be automatically entered into each subsequent drawing. Hope they don’t get blood clots!
“Our administration is dedicated to doing everything we can to keep our kids safe during this pandemic – and that includes working to get as many Minnesotans vaccinated as possible,” Democratic Gov. Tim Walz said in his statement, according to a news report.
“We’re launching this program to help reward teens for doing their part by getting fully vaccinated and keeping our schools, community, and state safe. If you haven’t started your vaccine series yet, do it now and get $200 in your pocket. And to every Minnesota teen across the state: Get fully vaccinated and get your shot at a $100,000 college scholarship,” he said.
Before this new plan came into effect, there were just 50% of 12-to-15-year-old Minnesota residents who had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Less than 60% of Minnesota youth between 16 and 17 had been fully vaccinated in that state, according to a news release from FOX21Online.
Walz is a Democrat who entered the Governor’s seat in Minnesota in early 2019. He authorized utilizing $12.2 million of the federal American Rescue Plan money for this vaccine incentive program.
