Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom (CA) is now admitting in a recent LA Times article that his 12-year-old daughter has not yet received the vaccine jab despite being qualified for it. Can anyone say double standards? The governor made this decision (or the lack thereof, as it were) with the fact that his daughter actually has a series of other shots to go before she will be able to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Here is the LA Times report:
LA Times reported:
Newsom’s office would not comment on whether the governor would support legislation to eliminate personal belief exemptions for the COVID-19 vaccine.
The governor has said the state’s process offers an “accommodating” personal belief exemption and will provide adequate time to hesitant parents to talk to their doctors and school nurses. He said his own daughter, who recently turned 12 years old and is eligible for the vaccine, has not yet received it because she has “a series of other shots” to get first.
The democrat governor prioritized other vaccines than the COVID-19 vaccine that could “save others lives” and “would end this pandemic”. Is he trying to say that this pandemic isn’t as dangerous as what the media wants us to believe?
Of course, this is a clear violation of his own K-12 vaccine mandate. This is a tremendous abuse of power by breaking the rules that everyone else is expected to obey. Apparently, the governor and his daughter can live by a different set of rules than everyone else.
On October 1, Governor Newsom announced that the nation’s first k-12 vaccine mandate would be put into place for in-person learning. This man might be fresh off of a rigged recall election, but you can rest assured that he has gone into overdrive.
Previously, students who were 16 were the only ones eligible for a Pfizer jab. Now, in the People’s Republic of California, children ages 12 to 15 will be able to get that Pfizer jab under emergency use.
This isn’t the first time the leftist governor has made violations of his very own mandate. It was just last July that Governor Newsom pulled his 10-year-old son from a summer camp after a photo revealed that the children were running around without masks on. However, wasn’t it the same Governor Newsom that mandated that children between 2-11 need to wear masks during “camps for youth, youth sports and other youth activities including theater and music performances and band.”
Now, what did Governor Newsom do when it was revealed that his son was at a maskless camp? Instead of issuing a “mistakes were made” mea culpa vis a’ vis Ronald Reagan, Newsom simply played the victim and threw the summer camp under the bus completely.
Yet another incident occurred when Gavin Newsom attended a dinner party at a restaurant called The French Laundry, a Napa Valley restaurant that will charge $800 per person for their tasting menu. He did this AT THE SAME TIME that he told his fellow Californians that they can’t gather with their families for the Thanksgiving holiday.
We can sum this up in just three sentences:
-Your child is required to get the poison jab, but Newsom’s daughter does not.
-Your child will be required to wear a face mask, but Newsom’s son is not.
-You are not allowed to gather with your fellow family members for a holiday, but Newsom can do it himself.
