Nearly A Hundred Top Level Officers Have Told Milley To Resign!

There is now a group of 90 retired admirals and generals who are calling for the resignation of the secretary of defense and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff over the disaster of the American troop withdrawal from Afghanistan. This means that they want General Mark Milley out.

They released this letter after the Pentagon announced on Monday that they had overseen the last flight out of Kabul taking off into the sky, ending the war that had ended the war that lasted for almost two decades.

This letter accused Defense Secretary General Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley of being culpable in this disastrous withdrawal that has now cost the lives of at least 13 U.S. service members. How many more lives will be lost due to Biden’s incompetence? Take a look at the following excerpt:

“The consequences of this disaster are enormous and will reverberate for decades beginning with the safety of Americans and Afghans who are unable to move safely to evacuation points; therefore, being de facto hostages of the Taliban at this time. The death and torture of Afghans have already begun and will result in a human tragedy of major proportions. The loss of billions of dollars in advanced military equipment and supplies falling into the hands of our enemies is catastrophic. The damage to the reputation of the United States is indescribable. We are now seen and will be seen for many years, as an unreliable partner in any multinational agreement or operation. Trust in the United States is irreparably damaged.”

The letter proceeded to say that the terrorist enemies of America are now emboldened due to the show of weakness and ineffectuality in Afghanistan. The letter is citing recent reports that criticized Milley for defending the military training that had including something as stupid and unrelated to the endeavor as critical race theory.

“Our military exists to fight and win our Nation’s wars and that must be the sole focus of our top military leaders,” the letter read.

It was also on Monday that President Joe Biden issued a statement where he cited the commitment that the Taliban had made to provide “safe passage” to the hundreds of Americans who were presently stuck in Afghanistan. However, the Taliban was declaring victory after they seized control of billions of dollars of American military vehicles and other equipment.

Twenty years after the United States invaded Afghanistan after the 9/11 terror attacks, the Taliban is back in control, and it didn’t take long at all. It was literally like flicking off a light switch.
