If there was a hall of fame for RINOs, there is no question that Willard Mitt Romney would be a charter member. On Sunday, Mitt Romney said something incredibly shocking. In a nutshell, he said that it wasn’t Biden that was to blame for the foreign policy disaster that is Afghanistan, but Trump! That’s right…Willard Mitt Romney believes that Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that led to the death of 13 U.S. service members was mostly Trump’s fault instead!

“Should the US stay? Should there be a US military presence in the Kabul airport until every American citizen….is gone?” CNN “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper asked Romney.

Romney immediately took Tapper’s bait, and it wasn’t long before he dragged former President Trump into the conversation. Seriously, you would have thought that Willard Mitt Romney has a “D” after his name because he was deflecting like a pro!

“This is the result of very ineffective decisions by the prior administration and the current administration — this did not have to happen,” Romney said.

As Commander-in-Chief, Joe Biden alone made the decision to withdraw U.S. troops before he evacuated American citizens in Afghanistan, and this led to a complete collapse in the region. But don’t tell Mitt Romney that!

This is a situation where Trump would have done what needed to be done, and he wouldn’t have taken no for an answer. What did Joe Biden do? Well, he either hid, or he probably went and had an ice cream cone!
