At this very moment, there are hundreds of New Yorkers who have gathered at city hall in the Big Apple to protest some of the COVID mandates that have been put in place by Mayor de Blasio that are prohibiting those who are not vaccinated from participating in most activities in the city. De Blasio’s mandates state that only the vaccinated can participate in indoor activities such as movies, Broadway shows, gyms, and even restaurants.
Here is the irony, folks: even vaccinated individuals are getting sick from the Delta variant. Thus, these regulations and rules from politicians are a joke when you consider that our Southern border is wide open, and that lets COVID-positive illegal aliens go anywhere they want in the U.S. Shouldn’t we be closing the border? In the meantime, how can we take these mandates seriously?
This is nothing more than a power-grab by mayor de Blasio, and it shouldn’t stand!
That is one of the main reasons why a crowd gathered outside of New York’s City Hall a few afternoons ago, shouting “we will not comply!” They were protesting against any new mandates set by their socialist mayor, and it’s just great to see people standing up for their freedoms!
“DON’T TREAD ON ME!”
That’s the dominant theme of our country, and that should be the dominant theme in this situation as well. We must remember that once we lose our freedoms, it is next to impossible to get them back.
