New Evidence Reveals Enough Illegal Votes Were Cast In One State To Flip The Whole Thing!

Last night on Fox News, Tucker Carlson had a fantastic announcement to make. He teased his viewers with a promise that he was going to expose voter fraud in Georgia that Wednesday night.

“On Wednesday, we are going to take a very close look at that, including some new evidence from Fulton County, Georgia,” Carlson announced to his viewers.

There is now new evidence that has developed that indicates that more than 10,300 votes cast in the state of Georgia were illegal. Moreover, this number is expected to rise in the coming months, and might even get higher than the 12,670 votes that separated President Trump from Joe Biden.

No, this evidence doesn’t change the fact that Joe Biden is our president. However, all Americans who have a genuine love for our country and who want both solutions and transparency should do everything in their power to prevent a repeat of this in any future election. Moreover, this new election fact also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for all of the activities they did on his behalf. Apparently, they had every right to make their strong-willed arguments when they were challenging the Georgia election results.

Georgia, like many other states, operated under the cover of COVID-19. Thus, this state was flooded with a whole host of absentee ballots. However, like their sister states, Georgia ignored many of the most important mandates for preventing fraud and making sure that the integrity of the vote remained. When these facts are coupled with the closeness of the presidential contest in the Peach Tree State and many other states, there were a flurry of accusations and litigation that charged that vote fraud was underfoot. There were accusations of illegal voters and violations of the Elector’s Clause of the Constitution.

A recent audit of the Georgia vote showed the possibility that at least 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally. This is because Georgia law stipulates that all Georgia residents must vote in the county that they reside. The only exception is if they have changed their residence within 30 days of the election. Jake Evans is a well-known Atlanta Election lawyer, and he said that outside of this one-month grace period, that vote “in that county would be illegal.”

Soon after the U.S. Presidential Election was held, Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions, Inc., obtained some data from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database. He was able to identify Georgia residents who had registered some confirmed moves within the U.S. Postal Service. Davis excluded all of the moves that fell within the legal parameters, but after that what he found was shocking….apparently, there were nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who noted that they had changed Georgia counties, but still voted in the 2020 general election in the county that they had moved from.

Of course, some of these moves could have been temporary, simply because the voters were students or members of the military, Davis stressed. However, when you consider the slim margin within the outcome of the Georgia election, even one-third of these votes being deemed illegal would change the results. However, the media, the courts, and the Secretary of State’s Office have basically ignored or played down these election issues.

Some of those moves could have been temporary, involving students or members of the military, Davis stressed, adding that under Georgia law temporary relocations do not alter citizens’ residency status or render their votes illegal. But, given the margin separating the two presidential candidates, approximately one-third of the votes at issue could have altered the outcome of the election. Yet the media, the courts, and the Secretary of State’s Office ignored or downplayed the issue.

The Data: Speaking For Itself

After Davis ran this data, he found that out of the 35,000 Georgia residents who had noted that they had moved from one Georgia county to another more than 30 days before the 2020 Presidential Election, as of May, there were more than 10,300 individuals who had updated their voter information with the Georgia secretary of state. However, these same 10,000-plus individuals all also voted in their previous county of residence, which is a big no-no.

“That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations,” Davis said. “I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.” Davis, who has testified as an expert witness multiple times in disputed election cases, believes Trump might have won a challenge to the Georgia election results had a court actually heard his case.

“Under Georgia law, a judge can order an election be redone if he or she sees there were enough illegal, irregular, or improperly rejected votes to cast the results of the election in doubt, or if they see evidence of ‘systemic irregularities,’” Davis said.

“These issues were absolutely systemic,” Davis stressed, noting “they occurred in every county in the state, in every state house, state senate, and in every congressional district in the state.”

Evans, who holds the distinction of being the only lawyer in Georgia history to successfully overturn two elections in the same race, concurred. Under Georgia law, Evans explained, “an election should be overturned either if (1) more votes than decided the election were illegal, wrongfully rejected or irregular, or (2) when there were systemic irregularities that cast in doubt the results of the election.”

“In the case of the 2020 general election,” Evans said, there is no question that the factors that Davis is examining could have come into play.
