Joe Biden signed an executive order last Friday, mandating training that is supposed to teach federal employees that the United States is a racist, nonredeemable entity that is beyond help. This is an order that will push “equity” and will urge federal departments to get away from the merit design in job performance for government performance.
There is a word for this: Marxist. All this is going to do is promote more hatred and divisiveness.
The Daily Caller reported:
“President Joe Biden signed a new executive order last Friday that ensures that all parts of the federal system will receive training on being more race-conscious and give them HR managers the ability to be more race-conscious in their hiring decisions.”
This executive order is designed to establish an “ambitious initiative across the government that is going to take a systematic approach to embedding DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility) in Federal hiring and employment procedures,” according to the White House fact sheet. Of course, this is off the subject here, but have you ever noticed this weird fetish that liberals have with giving letters to things? It’s either LGBTQ (or however many letters they have) or something like this! But I digress. Anyhow, Biden is tasking these agencies to employ that insane Critical Race Theory (CRT) while they are engaged in their day-to-day activities and hiring practices.
The problem with CRT is that America is not only fundamentally racist, but that it also teaches people that they should view every social interaction and every individual in terms of race. The adherents of this theory believe that “antiracism” should be pursued through ending such things as merit, objective truth, and adopting race-based policies.
This is one of the main reasons why this bill is racist entirely on its own, but it gets worse: it promotes the propaganda of “white privilege” and “male privilege.”
Notably, this executive order is going to promote such things as a diversity training that is primarily conducted by Sandia National Laboratory, a government contractor that manages nuclear weapons. Huh? What?
CRT holds that America is fundamentally racist, yet it teaches people to view every social interaction and person in terms of race. Its adherents pursue “antiracism” through the end of merit, objective truth and the adoption of race-based policies. One of their most recent training activities was an absurd “White Men’s Caucus” where male employees were required to recite “white privilege” and “male privilege” statements, according to leaked documents that had been reported on by Manhattan Institute fellow Christopher Rufo. Trainers at this caucus were told that such terrible things as “white supremacists”, “Aryan Nation”, “KKK”, “privileged”, “mass killings” and even the simple hat of wearing a “MAGA hat” were all associated with “white male culture.” What a load of malarkey!
