PERVERT Democrat FORCED To Pay Huge In Revenge Porn Case!

Katie Hill is a California Democrat who was forced to resign from the U.S. Congress due to leaked nonconsensual nude photos of herself. To make a long story short, she was ordered to pay $200,000 in legal fees to the Daily Mail and two conservative journalists that she sued. Yes, this could be classified as “revenge porn”, but this resulted from some highly perverted actions that Katie Hill was involved in, and it should give someone serious pause that this woman had such a perverted personal life and yet wanted to be a lawmaker at the same time.

Hill continues to claim that she was the victim of a right-wing conspiracy designed to oust her from congress. Apparently, Hillary Clinton is her role model, but I digress. Hill resigned in 2019 over allegations that she was involved in an improper “throuple” encounter with one of her male staffers. Red State editor Jennifer Van Laar first reported the controversy.

Hill later sued Van Laar, the Daily Mail, and radio producer Joseph Messina, accusing them of violating the “revenge porn” statutes in California. Last April, L.A. County Superior Court Judge Yolanda Orozco sided against Hill and agreed that publicizing her nude photos was in the public interest.

“The facts of which these photos speak tell us about the plaintiff’s judgment, character, and her qualifications for her congressional position,” Judge Orozco said at the time. “Of course, these would be matters of public concern.”

Hill has been ordered by Judge Orozco to pay $30,000 to Messina’s attorneys, $100,000 to the attorneys that represent the Daily Mail, and $70,000 to the attorneys for Van Laar.

Hill didn’t waste any time venting her outrage on the judgment on her social media account.

“A Judge has now ordered me to PAY the Daily Mail more than $100,000 for the privilege of them publishing nude photos of me that had been obtained from a person who was abusing me. This justice system is totally broken for victims,” Hill tweeted.

Previously, she has lashed out at the judge and continued to insist that this should have been a jury trial because they would have sided with her instead.

“We lost in court today because a judge and not a jury thinks that revenge porn is free speech,” Hill tweeted.

Hill vowed that she was going to appeal the cases brought against her.
