Why Did Jeffrey Epstein’s House Just Sell For TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS?
Perhaps I’m showing my age here, but I wish that we could go back to the days when “Epstein” was just a character in the popular 70’s show “Welcome Back, Kotter.” However, unfortunately, we can’t. In this day and age, Epstein is more known for that of Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire financier known for sex trafficking pubescent girls. Even though he died over a year ago, there recently was a shadowy deed filed on his New Mexico ranch. This sprawling 21,000 square-foot desert mansion is on 10,000 acres of land, and you can bet your bottom dollar that it sold for a pretty penny. Well, think again.
Apparently, a new deed has come out that shows that this sprawling New Mexico property has just been sold to Love and Bliss Church, which is an organization in Florida. But get this: this behemoth property was sold for only 200 DOLLARS! Yes, you read that right. The Epstein Ranch allegedly only went for less than the price of some laptops in an inner-city pawn shop!
Daniel Weiner is currently working as an Epstein estate attorney, and he reported to Albuquerque’s KRQE-TV that the Love and Bliss organization is comprised of the same people who filed a deed for the Epstein estate in Florida, costing the estate a tremendous amount of money and time to get thrown out.
This latest deed for the New Mexico property purports to have been signed in April of 2019 and has the standard rotary-stamped signature of Jeffrey Epstein along with the accompanying rotary signature. Epstein died in a New York City prison in July of that year. This deed was filed in October of last year in Santa Fe County.
After taking a deeper look into the Love and Bliss Church, it apparently is a 501(c)(3) that was founded in 2018. The president is a 22-year-old individual who has been arrested for stalking in 2017 and battery in March of this year, according to KRQE. The headquarters of this “church” appears to be a small home in Redington Beach, Florida.
The plot thickens when you look at the address for the attorney listed on the deed, because it comes up as a realty office that is totally unrelated to the deal at all. There was also a New York attorney number, but that too was also a fake, simply linking to a sale office that had no such attorney at that address.
Although it took some time, a Florida judge deemed the first deed that this “church” filed for the Palm Beach mansion owned by Epstein to be invalid, and listed it as “unenforceable”. Thus, this “church” was ordered to cease and desist when they tried to file yet another fraudulent deed on the property later that same year under the name (alias?) of Hung Shungli, according to KRQE. The web just keeps getting deeper, folks.
Weiner reported that this “church” has no legal claim on the New Mexico property either.
“Apparently, Love and Bliss have filed a warranty deed and it clouds our ability to sell this property legitimately. We will need to go to court to get rid of this,” Weiner said.
First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies told the station that the fraudulent deed was likely filed by the church because “they are attempting to get in and possibly start selling off any type of property they can find and ultimately get away with it”.
Carmack-Altwies continued, “The fraud would also continue to perpetuate because when the legitimate, new owners come in, they would give these people money and they would be a part of the fraud and not even be aware of it or own it.” However, the judge also claimed that the Epstein state will have some recourse over this fraudulent deed.
In regards to the New Mexico property, State Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard told KRQE she would like to see the estate go to a local ranching family and have New Mexico residents be able to use the land for recreation.
“Some type of memorial to recognize what some of these girls on this federal land went through would be nice as well,” she said.
Richard canceled a lease agreement Epstein had with the estate for 1,300 acres of grazing land since the 1990s when she took office in 2019.
The Epstein estate says it has no buyers yet but once they sell the estate they are going to give the proceeds to a victim’s compensation fund. Epstein was known for being friends with many high-ranking liberal politicians, including Bill Clinton.
