It looks like yet another Black Lives Matter (BLM) member has been arrested by the police after he lied to the police in regards to a murder investigation. Apparently, the fact that a member of BLM is connected to a violent act would still be surprising to some, but for those of us who have been paying attention, this is nothing new. The Black Lives Matter organization has been connected to violent actions throughout the United States-including such things as looting and rioting-for several years now. This time, however, the culprit was arrested for being involved in a murder investigation that was entirely separate from the BLM organization.
First of all, it was discovered that Mazim M. Mohamedali, 20, was lying to the police regarding a murder that had occurred in his Iowa apartment building. He ultimately was charged with accessory after the fact. For those of you who have studied the BLM terrorist organization, some of you might recognize that Mohamedali is a founding member of the Iowa Freedom Riders, a Black Lives Matter organization.
Secondly, the action (or lack thereof) that got Mohamedali into trouble was the fact that he knew full well that Quincy Russom, 19, had been killed in one of the neighboring apartments due to a robbery attempt. Mohamedali then proceeded to refuse to dial 911 and now he has been charged with this accessory after the fact crime.
The Washington Examiner also gave a glaringly bad report on Mohamedali based on this incident, writing that he did not cooperate with the police investigation whatsoever.
“Most notably, Mohamedali became belligerent when police were questioning who was involved with Russom’s death. Moreover, he would lie during questioning, and he withheld important information that would have eventually led the police to the true suspect behind the killing, which was Sammy Hamed,” a police spokesperson said. “Finally, it was found that Mohamedali deleted his call history and his Snapchat app from his cell phone after police employees approached him with a search warrant.”
This all speaks to the fact that this BLM leader is not a high-quality person. However, it gets worse. After Mohamedali was arrested, police officers found dozens of ecstasy pills and over 55 grams of marijuana in his apartment. Mohamedali is expected to face trial for those drug charges in late August. If that was the scope of his criminal history it would be bad enough, however, Mohamedali was also arrested during the BLM riots last summer when he destroyed a $5,000 fence protecting the Old Capitol Museum in Iowa City. Although he faced six charges from that incident, he wound up only pleading guilty to just one misdemeanor. Yikes! This BLM activist is something else!
