President Trump Just Filed Another HUGE Lawsuit To Save America!

When you feel like you have been wronged, it is perfectly acceptable for someone to take every legal measure to provide some level of satisfaction.

We have all done it at one point in time. It’s the reason why whenever someone went wrong with my cable company years ago that I would always call and say something. If you are doing the right thing you should have the right thing done for you in return.

That being said, the government doesn’t always work that way, so sometimes you have to push the government along with a set of legal papers telling them to get their butts in order.

President Donald Trump has filed an appeal in the United States Supreme Court in his capacity as a presidential candidate for re-election.

The lawsuit, seeking to ensure election integrity, asks the Supreme Court to declare the Wisconsin election unconstitutional and void, citing multiple violations of law. The suit also seeks to order the Wisconsin state legislature to appoint electors consistent with Article II, Section 1.2 of the U.S. Constitution.

According to President Trump‘s official website, “The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals specifically held that if the Trump Campaign proved its case, it could void the election as ‘failed’, and order decertification of the Biden electors, requiring the Wisconsin legislature to appoint electors.”

The Seventh Circuit Court had dismissed the previous lawsuit based on the doctrine of “laches,” which refers to the belief that the campaign should have filed the lawsuit before the 2020 election took place.

This dismissal happened despite the fact that the scope of illegal mail-in ballots was not known prior to the election, and “the changes in law and administration of the election in violation of the U.S. Constitution happened on the eve and day of the election.”

Multiple members of the Trump campaign have issued statements regarding the new lawsuit.

“In Wisconsin, guardrails against fraud were repeatedly lowered by unelected bureaucrats who changed the rules on the eve of the election without authority to do so. We are asking the Court to find these last-minute changes unconstitutional and conclude that they make it impossible to determine which candidate received the most valid votes. Nothing is more important to our national fabric and our future than integrity in our electoral process. This lawsuit is one step in the direction of fairer, more transparent, more professional, and ultimately more reliable elections in America,” said Bill Bock, Counsel of Record for Donald Trump in Wisconsin federal court lawsuit.
