You have got to give it that people that keep fighting because they know that they are right. At the end of the day, they know that if they keep up the fight that they are going to prevail.
You see that with people that are stuck in a dead end job but they keep going and going and eventually their work is recognized.
Sidney Powell is someone like that. She knows that she is facing an uphill battle when it comes to some of the people that are trying to keep people from realizing that this was a stolen election, but she keeps on going.
Attorney Sidney Powell is still fighting, despite multiple setbacks. In her latest crusade against election fraud, Powell has asked the Supreme Court to overturn the election results in Michigan and Georgia.
The latest requests made by Powell were added to the Supreme Court’s online docket on Tuesday, the day after the Electoral College vote took place.
Many in the political arena are expecting these lawsuits to fizzle out, as the Supreme Court has already shown in two separate instances that it fears taking up any case related to the election. The Court dismissed two lawsuits without even listening to the arguments, first a case against Pennsylvania‘s blatantly unconstitutional mail-in voting laws, and then a lawsuit filed by Texas against Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania for their election practices.
Sidney Powell, who is working independently from President Trump’s legal team, filed lawsuits last month in Michigan and Georgia, which were both dismissed by judges in each state.
U.S. District Judge Linda Parker rejected the Michigan suit, saying that it “offered nothing but speculation and conjecture that votes for President Trump were destroyed, discarded or switched to votes for Vice President Biden.”
In Georgia, U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten dismissed the lawsuit verbally after a hearing that was only an hour long.
