Generally, when you try to get someone to see that what they were doing was wrong you will give them every attempt to do the right thing.
However, at the end of the day, there is only so long and for so much that you can sit by while someone refuses to do the right thing.
I have seen countless legal situations where people try to get folks to do the right thing only to be terribly rebuffed and it’s only then that the other side is forced to bring out the big guns.
Attorney Sidney Powell along with Lin Wood and others have filed a lawsuit in Georgia demanding that illegal votes be set aside and they declare President Trump the winner in Georgia.
They claim that 96,600 votes were cast fraudulently and another 136,098 ballots were illegally counted because of the software from Dominion Voting.
Powell is a very high profile lawyer who was representing Michael Flynn before he was pardoned. She is not a nutcase like the lamestream press has tried to portray her. The same goes for Lin Wood who represents newly minted millionaire Nicholas Sandmann.
The lawsuit covers 104 pages and it accuses Gov Brian Kemp, Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, and the chair and members of the Georgia State Elections Board of failing to police the voting which allowed the fraud to take control of the election. In addition the suit says that they failed to follow state law, including but not limited to checking the signatures on the mail in ballot.
The Georgia laws that were violated, according to the suit include O.C.G.A. §§ 21-2-30(d), 21-2-31, 21-2- 33.1 and §21-2-522, and multiple Constitutional violations, as shown by fact witnesses to specific incidents. They will also present witnesses who will discuss the mathematical impossibilities in the count.
The lawsuit was filed along with Lin Wood asks the court to set aside the current vote and declare President Trump the winner of Georgia.
The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, also alleges that Georgia’s sloppy mail-in balloting was responsible for thousands of shady, illegal votes.
Plaintiff’s expert also finds that voters received tens of thousands of ballots that they never requested. (See Exh. 1, Dr. Briggs’ Report). Specifically, Dr. Briggs found that in the state of Georgia, based on a statistically significant sample, the expected amount of persons that received an absentee ballot that they did not request ranges from 16,938 to 22,771. This range exceeds the margin of loss of President Trump by 12,670 votes by at least 4,268 unlawful requests and by as many as 10,101 unlawful requests.
The lawsuit alleges that “rogue actors” were able to manipulate the voting software.
