Teen Beauty Queen Arrested After School Makes An Unfortunate Discovery [VIDEO]

A South Carolina teenage beauty queen faces forgery charges after allegedly faking doctor’s notes to skip school, cops said.

The 2015 Miss Teen South Carolina International, Madison Cox reportedly, was arrested and charged with forging a doctor’s note to skip school.

The 17-year-old used a pad from Parris Family Chiropractic in Lyman, just outside of Spartanburg, to write herself doctor’s notes explaining her absences from Byrnes High School, police said

The clinic never saw Cox on the dates she claimed in her notes, police said. On some of the supposed appointment days, the medical office was closed.

The teenage beauty went on a two-day Twitter rant as news of her arrest spread.

“Did they really just put me on the news BC I went to jail for a DOCTORS NOTE???” she tweeted Wednesday.

She deleted the caps-locked message, but followed up Thursday morning with another tweet hinting at her infamy.

“It’s sad that I’m the only entertainment in y’alls lives,” she wrote with crying and laughing emojis.

“I’ve got to learn to stop being so childish and keep my mouth closed,” she added.

Cox was crowned Miss South Carolina Teen International last year after previously holding the Miss Spartanburg Teen International 2015 sash.

Miss Teen International did not immediately respond to the Daily News’ request for comment.
