It May Look Like A Simple Cardboard Box, But It’s Something That Can Support A Full Grown Adult!

Anyone that has ever needed a place to put something can always empathize with someone when they don’t have a place to put something.

Case in point, a couple of years ago I was moving my family from state to state and there was going to be a couple of days where we were going to be without our furniture.  Wasn’t all that long, about a day and a half.

Anyway, we got into the house and spent the next day and change on airbeds and camping chairs. It was actually kind of an adventure and a little bit amusing.

What the funniest about it was that I had this little tiny lap desk that was about the size of a TV tray that I was able to put my computer on. Needless to say it got the job done but it wasn’t quite like actually putting all of my stuff on a full proper desk.

When I was growing up, one thing I will never forget is how uncomfortable the school desks were and just how many of them it took to fill an entire school. I mean in my mind there had to be thousands! It seemed like there were at least 50 in each classroom where I went to school.

Every single one of them was designed for a right-handed, shorter person. I hit a growth spurt pretty early and remember the steel bar holding the wood desk top constantly jabbing into my knees.

The uncomfortable plastic chair that dug into your back if you tried to get comfortable for a long sit on movie days.

These things are expensive, take up a lot of room, use a lot of resources and are not that comfortable to top it off. Well one company has taken this problem and created a solution. Refold’s foldable desk is the solution and what an awesome concept.

It looks just like a cardboard box that hasn’t been unfolded yet. Essentially that’s exactly what it is but it has a completely unique purpose that is gaining attention everywhere.

It is in fact a foldable desk made out of a sustainable completely recycled material, cardboard! It can fold to be a sitting or a standing desk and can be folded up and carried anywhere. 

It’s a portable office that can be adjusted to your desired level. Imagine this thing on construction sites or at your presentation. Imagine these lined up at a craft fair. 

Its also strong enough to stand on! 

This thing was just on Kickstarter and was fully funded. The foldable desk is expected to do big things. 

Because it is cardboard, it’s cheap, you can customize it and it’s recyclable. What’s not to like her, this foldable desk is the future.
