Laura Ingraham Just Watched Karma SMACK the Advertisers That Dropped Her

Laura Ingraham has been on the prowl lately after she faced a massive boycott from her advertisers who’ve thrown them under the bus after she was attacked by David Hogg, the teenager who was vocal after the Parkland school shooting that set the nation against each other in anti-gun spasms.

Time went by and a series of events unfolded among the Parkland teens who were spouting the anti-gun agenda. After a while, it had been discovered on TMZ that David Hogg was rejected from multiple colleges. Ingraham had posted on Twitter about Hogg’s college rejections and mentioned him being that of a whiner. After her Tweet, she was then targeted as though she was attacking Hogg. Her Tweet was factual, based on information that Hogg had allegedly provided to TMZ himself, so there was not much of a problem in the facts department. However, that she mentioned him as a whiner, it was people’s feelings that were affected more than anything.

Ingraham was then blasted by critics who allowed their feelings to speak louder than facts and Ingraham was chastised and faced a boycott from the companies that advertised during her show.

She then “took a break” but later used her radio show to blast back at the advertisers who ditched her show on Fox News. Included in the barrage of words was an attack on the left, calling them out for their criticism and attack on conservatives. Ironically, she challenged her critics to “bring it on” and bragged about the Fox News ratings being sky high at the time.

Huff Post provided the following info: “She also attacked “the left” for criticizing her and other conservatives.
“They can’t argue with you so they demonize you,” Ingraham said in comments posted online by Media Matters. “OK, well, keep demonizing me. Go. Bring it on. Meanwhile, our ratings are sky high on Fox, by the way.”

Ingraham has been the subject of an advertiser boycott since accusing Hogg of “whining” when he mentioned that he didn’t get into all of the colleges he applied to. After her comments, more than two dozen sponsors ditched “The Ingraham Angle” and she took a week off the air.

On Monday, Ingraham praised advertiser My Pillow for sticking with her show.

“Mike Lindell, the My Pillow guy, he’s selling so many pillows,” she said.

She also noted that Ace Hardware, which had initially stopped advertising during “The Ingraham Angle,” soon reversed course.

“I mean, support Ace Hardware franchises across the country, support them because they said no to the mob,” Ingraham said. “All these other companies ― SlimFast, Jenny Craig ― they all gave in to the mob.”

At the time of Ingraham fighting back, her ratings had clawed their way to higher levels than before. A video like this has possibly pushed her right wing alliances back to her good graces as she attacks the Democrats.

BizPacReview also chimed in, providing this information: “They will not stop until they drive you all into submission, and you’re too either shortsighted or, frankly, stupid to see it,” Ingraham said in a segment during her nationally syndicated radio show on Monday as she ripped into the hypocritical left using the example of Kevin Williamson, the conservative writer for The Atlantic who was fired earlier this month over his abortion views.

“They can’t argue with you so they demonize you,” she said. “OK, well, keep demonizing me. Go. Bring it on.”

Advertisers ditched “The Ingraham Angle” after she mocked the 17-year-old survivor of the Feb. 14 mass shooting in Parkland, Florida. But the attack from Hogg, with help from liberal watchdog group Media Matters which helped circulate the list of sponsors and posted Ingraham’s latest comments online, backfired as the Fox News show saw an increase in ratings.

“Meanwhile, our ratings are sky-high on Fox, by the way,” Ingraham explained on the radio show. “Our ratings are up, up, up, up, up. Among 18- to 34-year-olds, our ratings, I think, are up 47 percent since the boycott.”

One thing that’s for sure is that independent news outlets from the right and left are reporting the same thing, showing their ability to be both factual and truthful with Ingraham’s situation.

People are permitted to agree or disagree with Ingraham on her points and opinions, but one cannot argue about her current ratings and how she’s performing.

Ingraham has fought back, stood her ground, and she’s firing at all calibers right now. Her advertisers might soon find their way back to her, because at the end of the day – money talks.
